Lunar Eclipse 02/20/08

Just a reminder, that some things experienced here on earth are in fact, eternal.

Very nice.  I really want to pop the bubble wrap though.  I can feel it between my fingers.  Oh come on, let me have just a square of it....please!!!

At least you got out and photographed the moon, that is more than I can say for myself.

I’m so glad that I finally had the experience of witnessing such a phenomenon.  In the past it always seemed the conditions were never right to view it.  Crazy as it is, me and my husband bundled up against the cold last night and actually stood in the back yard to watch it.  Thanks for sharing the pictures.  Have a wonderful day.

If it wasn't for my son, I would have forgotten too.  He asked me if I wanted to come out & take a photo....Ü  Looks like you were successful, Chelle~

Love the photos, that's as close as I could get.  We had clouds and snow.  ;(

you are so poetic. i have to tell you, chelle, i so enjoy what you write. even when it's only one sentence!  your pics are great. i saw it last night, we went out several times to gaze - in awe! - at the beautiful lunar scene. it was a little cloudy, but we could see the moon just fine :)

I just think it was wonderful that, while we all may be miles apart, we got to see the same thing at the same time, way up in the sky. Distance closed!
